Polyquat60 50% off, worth stocking up for next year?

Got an email from Leslie's their Algae Control (polyquat60) 1Qt for 50% off, regular price $25.99

Is it worth stocking up for next year closing? Will it degrade considerably over time?

That is an excellent price too. I pay 14.04 per quart (I was paying 11, but there was a huge price increase recently)
