Do you have a leak or get a bunch of rain? Since it hasn't been that long since it was installed, I'd give the installers a call.
We called. He said he would fix it. Seems that there should be something more than patio blocks under rails.
What brand of pool do you have? Have you seen any the installation instructions?
Our Doughboy instructions require cinder blocks under the side uprights due to metal pressure pads under those uprights. The rest of the uprights use 12"x12"x2" patio blocks. Also the spot under the patio block must be dug out to the correct depth. The ground must be level and undisturbed under where those blocks are placed. They cannot be backfilled with dirt if dug too deep. If backfilled, they could settle.

Its a Mission pool. And I have not seen the install instructions. Installer said he would fix. Going to tell him to use cinderblocks
Hopefully your installer put the cinder blocks in the right way as they are only structural in one direction. Meaning they would have had to solid fill them or put something top and bottom
It almost looks like the site was leveled with sand. A sand base for the track and uprights is a major no-no since sand washes out VERY easily. When they're out to fix it, make sure it's built on soil and not sand.
