Ok I bought a used inflatable spa to find it has a lot of air leaks and wanted to know is there something I can fill the walls with and make it solid ?

Hi, welcome to TFP! I think the way the air chambers are designed you would have a difficult time finding a substance that would completely fill the chambers without destroying the spa in the process. Your best bet is to patch the leaks.
