so I have a lot of iron in my water so i made a iron filter. I'm using a salt water generator in my pool. When filtering out the iron should I detach my SWG and just use the cartridge filter and pump or will the filtering out of the iron not effect my SWG? Another question: Ive seen 2 schools of thought when opening a pool for the first time. Should I fill the pool and test and balance the water before adding salt or do all the testing and balancing after adding salt?
