Hi, my heat pump coil fins are originally black but there caked up with white crust and the bottom of the fins are corroded, what's the problem? i paid 200$ for a 5 minute call, the answer from the technician is it's acid rain and there is nothing to do... then he left? really, is this correct?[FONT=arial, sans-serif]
