Soon to be first time pool owner... Interviewed many and selected PB last summer but with Nashville's boom, PB couldn't start until May 2018 with ETA late July. Please find pool details below with project photos so far...

Public liability, negilgence property damage and Worker's Compensation insurances Cleaning up and hauling away of all construction debris.
Detailed explanation of construction program for the homeowner.

I would tell him to keep the test strips and order a TFT100 test kit when your pool is about to be filled.

Definitely delete the Ozone system.

Consider doing a Pentair SWG instead of an automatic chlorinator.

You probably have to go with the PB startup chemicals for a while to maintain his warranty. You should compare what he recommends with what Pool School and PoolMath recommend.

That plumbing is a piece of art. If the rest of the pool is like that you have a quality pool builder.

Only thing i dont like is that small pipe in the air over your pumps. It will be an annoyance anytime you need to work in the area. I would have ran it along the wall then out after the pool equipment.

That plumbing is a piece of art. If the rest of the pool is like that you have a quality pool builder.

Only thing i dont like is that small pipe in the air over your pumps. It will be an annoyance anytime you need to work in the area. I would have ran it along the wall then out after the pool equipment.

Thanks Allen, I'll ask PB. I also don't like the Automatic water fill pipe location.
