I am getting the purifier off check flow message on my dig-220.
Things I have checked or tried:
1: level of water in pool is at max
2: skimmer strainers are clean and have good flow, return jets don't seem any different (good flow) has some air bubbles but it has been like that for years without the error message
3: all ball valves are in open position
4: cleaned manifold strainer
5: replaced o-ring on super pump strainer lid and made sure it is snug (had a messed up spot on it)
6:checked cell for blockage
7: removed tri sensor and checked for blockage
8: removed tri sensor connector at power supply and jumped the 2 middle connections and the check flow message went away but then it said add 6xx lbs of salt
9: put some plastic wrap on manifold strainer hoping if any debris was in the check valve it would clear it but no luck but I did notice without the plastic wrap the check valve only moves 1/4" or so but with the plastic wrap on it moved 1/2" or so. (not sure if that is normal or not)
10: backwashed filter
Any suggestions on what to try next will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Michael
