Pentair SWG cold water shutoff with warm water

I have a pentair IC40 SWG that is not working and the cold water shutoff light is red. The water temp is around 85 degrees.

I have cleaned the cell and reinstalled with the same issue. The unit has around 2000 hrs on it.

Any troubleshooting help?

Probably a bad temperature sensor. It's in the flow switch. Is it under warranty?

Unfortunately it isn't under warranty. Can you replace the temp sensor?
