Concrete Deck Coating Identification

I had to cut a 1ft x 2ft piece out of my concrete deck to fix a leak. Leak is fixed and now I need to repair the deck. Any idea what the coating is in the link below? It has little dimples in it and I can see what looks like little grains of sand. Any idea how they did this pattern? Pool was built in 1996 so I assume it is something that was popular then.

It is sprayed on and troweled. Kool Deck is one brand, but there are many.

Not sure this is something you will be able to DIY blend.
