First time SLAMMING

Hello,

Just refilled Pool because of High CYA and a severe algae bloom.
My TH 100 readings now are :

Free Chlorine 6.5
Combined Chlorine 0.5
PH 7.5
Total Alkalinity 110
Cal Hardness 150
Cyanuric Acid 30

I was hoping to raise my CH later, or else if it is important to get the CH at the proper levels before the SLAM.
This pool chemistry / pool math is all new to me. I believe that I need add the following:

Start off by adding 46 oz of 6% bleach to elevate my free chlorine to 4 to 6 - maintain the FC 4 to 6 keeping this process going 24/7 until

a. CC is 0.5 or lower
b. You pass an OCLT (shows a loss of 1.0 ppm or less)
c. the water is clear.

I Just one to get this right the first time.
Any input or addition advice you be appreciated.

You have a vinyl liner, no need to raise CH.

You need to SLAM Process. Shock level is based on [FC/CYA][/FC/CYA].

Lower pH to 7.2 with muriatic acid.

Maintain shock level FC by testing and dosing every couple hours to start. Brush often.
