No. The CC is the result of organiics being consumed. They are burned off by UV (sunshine) on the pool. So there is no way to directly correlate them at any one time.
If that was your FC drop overnight, you need to SLAM.
You might want to switch over to the 10ml water sample size so that each drop counts as .5ppm instead of the 25ml sample size's .2ppm. It will save you some reagents.
