Startup of new in-ground SWG liner pool

Are there guides on testing and balancing new start up pools? My pool with be filled this coming weekend. It's a 32,000 gallon, tee shaped vinyl liner pool. I have a Pentair VS pump, sand filter and a Circupool RJ-60+ SWG.

I have read that the SWG doesn't need to be running at the start. Any help or direction is very appreciated. Dont know what chemicals to have on hand, etc. i assume i can go ahead and do a test of my water source water.

Here is a good read for balancing your SWG pool. You will want to start with bleach until your salt levels are balance.
