Pentair 1hp 2 speed wiring help

So my pool guy wanted to hook up my new pump while I was at work and now it won't turn over. He told me it just buzzes and won't kick over. He also said he thinks a fuse blew, but again I'm not home to check.

I have it wired to my intermatic timer if that makes a difference. Here is the photo he sent me if anyone sees anything wrong? The pump did arrive very banged up in the mail and want to make sure wiring is right before thinking it's the pump. Appreciate the help.

Here is a thread describing how to wire it, it looks correct, assuming you are wiring for 120, I have one & that is how I wired mine.

Black hot wire to black switch wire

White neutral to #1

Yellow switch wire to #2

White switch wire to #3 or #4

Ground wire to the green screw

Bare copper bonding wire to the lug on the outside.
