Tested this morning.

FC 4.4 (CYA is at 20, or lower)
TA 50
PH 7.1

I'm going to put in 23 ounces of baking soda to get the TA to 60, which should push my PH up to just about where I want to be!!!

Feels good to know what I'm doing!

I don't know where "Vb,va" is for sure but assuming it's Virginia Beach, Virginia, I suggest you up your CYA to 50 ppm. You'll experience a significant drop in your FC consumption over the summer. Keep FC in the 4-7 range.
