Stamped concrete

Hey guys we completed pool deck about three weeks ago we went with a sandstone base with a grey release but it still feels like there is some release on the concrete is there a specific way to knock all this off? Also when is it safe to seal and is there specific ones for pool decks thank you guys.

The day after our concrete was stamped, they came out and cut relief joints, power washed it and came out later that day to seal it. If you are going to seal it, use something with an anti-slip additive in it. It gets too slippery with wet feet. Sherwin Williams has sealer and you can buy an additive with it. AMAZON also sells some sealer with anti-slip properties.
