Add what temperature do I have to start paying attention to Cl

My pool was just uncovered this week and it was shocked as part of the opening process. The FC that I measured yesterday was 11. The pool has pretty much cleared up but the temp is only 50F and the weather will be unseasonably cold for the next week or two so it won't be warming up much, if at all. My SWCG won't operate at these temps, but that doesn't matter so much since the water is so cold. Do I have to even bother monitoring the Cl for the next week or so? And at what temperature will the the SWCG start operating?

SWG should kick in around 55 to 60 degrees. Maimtain your FC level to match your CYA and monitor.
