Fiberstars WPC-2 Remote

I bought a new house in Arizona. The home owner lost the remote to the water feature and pool light. It is a Fiberstars WPC-2. I bought a new remote and matched the DIP switches to the receiver. My remote still does not work. Any suggestions? Thank you
