Booster pump is loud

The booster pump for my Polaris is very loud. It's hard to describe, but it's easily 3-4 times louder than my main pump.

It doesn't run all the time and I've just been living with it but I think I'm ready to see what is going with.

There are not labels or markings that I can tell but it looks visibly similar to my main pump. (Pentair Challenger)

The booster pump is actually quite different from your main.

Are you happy with the Polaris? Would you consider a robot?

My Pentair booster pump is amazingly loud and annoying.

I actually have a robot as well. I like having the combination of the two tools.
