Hello from the DFW area in Texas! I've been lurking for a few months now while I selected a builder and now I am at the gunite phase and am bonding with my new pool. Very happy with my experience so far, but I have to pause my pool progress to build the pool house. Will move on to tile/coping/plaster once I get the building dried in and bricked. This will be my first pool, so I'm happy to have found this forum! Thanks for all the great info!
