Welcome to TFP! What a fun but scary time! Building a pool can be fun but it can also make you lose some sleep in the process LOL

We welcome sharing the designs and spec sheet for each company you have talked to so far. We also encourage you to go look at some pools each of the companies have done in the last year AND 5 yrs ago (to see how they are holding up long term).

We live in your area, but didn't use or interview any of those builders. I will PM our 2 choices. It was extremely difficult to find PBs wanting to work inside the loop.

Those shears are going to be really noisy, especially the way your patio has walls on either side.

I agree....we are taking it down to a 2ft tall water feature. The 8ft was to tall for me.
