Where to purchase parts?

Hi all,

I am looking for the terminal cover for the Century Centurion motor - CAT Number USN1152. When I replaced the capacitor in the motor I noticed the cover (I think it is called a terminal cover) was cracked in half. I can't find the parts online anywhere. Some places carry the cover for different models but from the pics I can see the screws are different.
