Hello, everybody...

Have got a firm grip on my Pool thanks to all of you... and it is great!!

i've even got a few neighbors curious....

(you're adding WHAT??)

I am trying to get a few things addressed (repairs, etc.)

The grout line (just below coping) is cracking is some places. Fortunately, this is mainly on a HIGH wall, so it's doesn't get as wet as lower areas do.
Most areas are okay.

how to address this? What to replace it with.

It would seem that this area moves a lot, so i'm not sure why this grout isn't a bit more flexible....

a few areas around the tiles need new grout as well. please advise.

I would show you my mastic, but I'm embarrassed that the prior owners used cement in those areas instead of dec-o-seal, etc.

it's done that way around the base of the spa, as well..

I think i might give that a try, myself when it cools off a bit.

i've trusted you to get my pool in great shape and say goodbye to pool store and POOL MAN....

Hopefully, you can lead me once again.

many thanks.

My water really sparkles these days.

Couldn't get the one pic to rotate, so you'll have to turn on your side to appreciate.
