Another code 91 and I'm ready to throw it out

I know the code 91 (low salt) has been discussed many times and I am bringing it up again. I just replaced the electrode at the beginning of the year and it was working great. Now 2 months later I'm getting the same code. I have cleaned the electrode with vinegar. I have tried to get all of the air out. The system will run for about 15 minutes before erroring. I'm not sure what to try at this point.

FC is 3 and decreasing.

If a low salt error exists and the cell is clean then adding salt seems like the right answer.

Always add bleach as necessary to keep you FC at target for your CYA so that the pool remains sanitary and safe, [FC/CYA][/FC/CYA]
