Hayward AquaRite or SwimPure?

So I am researching. Both units are available for 40K.

The AquaRite I found of $849 and the SwimPure is $999.

Which model is better? What are the big differences? Based on what I saw they are very similiar with the same features, so why two different models?

I am not at all sure, but I think they are the same. Hayward has been consolidating their various brands, and doesn't seem to have quite finished doing that in the SWG lines yet.
