$600 Grill

As someone who hated charcoal and preferred propane for years, I have gotten wiser in my years perhaps. When I see someone wanting to spend $600 on a weber or similar propane grill, I try to get them to at least consider a ceramic egg type grill, preferably not one of the cheap knock offs. I got a large Green Egg about 4 years ago with some bonus money I got from work, and it has been the best investment I've ever made. Quick and easy to start, food tastes great, and much more versatile than my old weber propane grill, which sits off to the side and hosts a family of spiders now. I should probably check it to make sure it hasn't rusted all the way through yet.

Did I mention I don't even like charcoal? It turns out, I just hated the way most people cook with charcoal (aka Kingston and lighter fluid)
