^^This. The minimum numbers really are the lowest most people can maintain to avoid a problem. Meanwhile SLAM is a fairly conservative upper end. So there is really zero harm in rounding up your CYA number, but if you round down you could risk dropping too low. I suggest always rounding up the CYA number, even if it is nearly to the next line.
Yeah, plus with the CYA's +/- 15 ppm variance, we know CYA testing one of the trickiest, so I always find it best to err on the high side to ensure I have enough FC in the water.
