Still not happy with Ultra liner

Hello All
Is is normal / just cosmetic to have the seams folded the wrong way / sticking up in places ?
My pool is level with about 7 inches of water in it at the moment.
This is a new ultra liner and the worst I have ever owned ( hardened wrinkles straight out of the box and untidy seams ).
I am concerned they will rip if I carry on filling.
I am being paranoid once again ?!!

It can be better to put one up when it is hot and sunny, as the what makes the liner more pliable.
