It doesn't. Those are not separate ingredients. It's telling you that it's 99.6% boric acid (H3BO3) which has the equivalent boron concentration (B) of 17.4% in boron units
That stuff will work just fine. If you check the grain size, that would be helpful. You don't want a fine powder.

You want the granular boric acid not the fine powder. The fine powder will gat blown around by the wind and sit in the water surface. Granules will sink and mix better.
I should have mentioned, even though I posted the link to Duda, you can buy from Duda off of eBay for less than direct from Duda for some odd reason. Last time there was a $20 difference including shipping.
Well.....I ordered granule from Duda but received the fine powder. I could have acquired fine powder from another source for $34 less, so this is annoying.
