Hayward AQR3 and 1 1/2 hp super pump wiring help

Need help understanding please. I'm checking wiring of my pool that was installed last year because I'm installing a Intermatic T104 timer.
Hayward AQR3 and Hayward Super Pump 1 1/2 hp installed on same circuit breaker 220 20a NO GFCI installed. Wiring used is 14G TWN 75 FT1 Super Slick Elite.
I have a 220 20a GFCI I'm installing for both.
Will that breaker size work for both pump and SWG?
Is 14g wire sufficinet or should i use 12g Romex?
 
14 GA wire is not sufficient for a 20 amp circuit. 20 amp requires 12 GA wire.

There are codes that speak to type of wire that can be used for the pool. I am not sure that romex is allowed.
