Hi, PB will be starting our build in the next few weeks. We just recently decided to move our equipment pad to the other side of the house to avoid having to permentantly seal a window (heater would be too close to window at old location). The new location will have all electrical and gas lines running through the house and completely avoiding the concrete patio that will be installed. PB will be using tiger-flex piping and there are only two options to run the pool lines. Either completely under our stamped concrete patio which includes rebar and will be built quite solidly or we run them in front of the patio along the property line. The only concern with doing so is that we back onto a forest and the lines will be running about 3-5 ft away from the large trees. Is there reason to be concerned about tree roots causing trouble with the tiger-flex lines down the road? The entire reason to avoid going under the concrete is to avoid the possiblity of having to break up the patio in order to repair any future problems with the lines but at the same time I don't want to be inviting problems by putting the lines close to the forest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am not sure of roots but there are plastic pipes that have been run under concrete for "years" some over 40 years and have no issues.. if it is done correct the first time there is "usually" no problems....
