Hayward® Aqua Rite PCB replacement issues

I've replaced both pcb boards in my salt control panel and still don't get anything on the readouts and no lights are visible. It's like there is no power but I checked and there is power to the unit. Could the transformer be bad?

Well did you check to see if you were getting power out of the transformer? If not, that's what you need to do next.

Is there a fuse anywhere? Make sure that power is actually getting to the transformer. Then test to see if power is coming out of the transformer. After that it goes to the main PC board, which you say is new. If it weren't I'd be looking at the input resistor (thermistor).
