Pool cover patch.

The pool that came with house that we recently bought has an old pool cover Meyco. It's a rugged mesh cover but has few holes in the center. Not very big just less than 1/2inch. Do you think I can patch it up with Amazon.com : Meyco Green Cover Patch (Pack of 3) (MeycoLite) : Patio, Lawn Garden this patch at Amazon. It doesn't have much review so wanted to check with you all if anyone has used it?

I patched my Loop-Loc a couple of years ago with their stick on patch and I was amazed. It takes me ten minutes to find the patch when I try to show somebody. Can't vouch for Meyco, but I can tell you that patches CAN work.
