the poles have water in them and are filled with algae, you have to get bleach in there somehow. can you use a spray bottle or funnel?

The poles are the only thing I can think of that might have algae. It's still burning through a lot of bleach right now. Yes, I can take the steps out and pour it down the open ends. I may just take the steps out and leave them out.
I have taken the steps back out again. Going to pour bleach down the tubes and leave the steps out of the pool. I want to see how the pool reacts without the steps in to see if chlorine demand goes down.
