oval pool

I did some research but still having trouble. Does anyone know if you should size up or down when measuring for above ground beaded liner? My pool is oval, measured multiple times and getting width 15.5 x 29 length. Do you believe a 15 or 16 width would be more appropriate? Any help appreciated.
