jandy rs

Hi, my inside controller is an fafco rs4, looks just like the aqualink or jandy rs4 inside controller. It worked fine then all of a sudden all the lights were on (red). I shut off the power at the breaker box and turned it back on then it'll go from looking as if there's no power to all red...
