I just saw these. At $160 for a set of 4 vs $400-500 quoted by the local pool store for original pentair filters, I'm wondering, is it too good to be true? Are there differences in filters (e.g. too restrictive, not fine enough, won't last long) etc. that justify such a big price difference...

Does anyone definitively know the difference between the two Pentair (CCP520) filters? The two part numbers are: 160332 EC-160332 The EC version is about $200.00 more expensive than the non-EC version... The best that I can find is that the EC possibly has a better warranty or something to...
