Me too. I only subscribe if I am sure I want to come back to it, or care if it gets replies. Like....the BBQ, Grilling and Smoking thread. Who doesn't want updates on that!!??? :chef: Using subscribed threads (through control panel only) is by far the easiest way.

We have made a few changes. None planned further for the time being I'm aware of, but Leebo may have something up his sleeve. Notice that some cooking/outdoor sections are now part of Pool Paradise, and Chemistry 201 is combined with the Deep End. I don't imagine we will see an indoor pool...

For that size of pool I can understand the frustration of this being your only choice. If I found myself in your shoes, and could not bite the bullet on the large kit, this is what I would do. I would order the FAS DPD kit, and likely the Cya kits only. Go somewhere local, and pick up a pH kit...

Nothing wrong with asking, and some other members have similar thoughts on some of these items. Its possible that there may be some changes coming over the winter months in time for next season.

I imagine what happened is that your FC increased by the time you got your new powder. I too have used very old powder out of curiosity, and didn't see a different result.

I've used a lot of bottles from different test kit makers over the years and never noticed any performance issues with the TF100 bottles. I guess I've been lucky as I've never even seen the static problem. As for the powder, I use a different source pre packaged per test, because I prefer it...
