    $6.80 per gallon for 12.5% at a locally owned pool store 15 miles west of Philadelphia. Last year is was $6.20 per gallon. Four years ago it was $4.20 per gallon.

    My local, independant pool store is charging $33 for a five gallon jug. It was $24 last year. The manufacturer of the chlorine is less than 50 miles away.

    Protective clothing to wear when pouring chlorine

    I'm looking for something protective to wear when pouring chlorine, because even a stray drop will bleach my clothing. It would be nice to find something easy to put on and flexible enough to not hinder carrying and pouring five gallon carboys. Any thoughts? Thank you.

    Reading CYA test

    I automatically close my left eye and use my right eye to view the dot from above, (similar to looking in a microscope or telescope.) Does this test require both eyes to be open?
