How have your meetings and quotes been going? We are on LI and in same process. Are you finding builders use vermiculite base or sand? The steel wall PBs I’ve spoken with use sand base.

Yes, my understanding is that TOH requires the drywell (no matter what). All my quotes so far have included that cost. Seems to run around $1600 for that.
