Control of AquaComfort heat pump with iAquaLink app possible?

Hi All, We have all Jandy equipment, however our builder recommended AquaComfort heat pump. It seem like on the iAqualink app on my iPhone, I can set temperature and schedule the heater to come on at scheduled times, but I don't see those changes on the heat pump. I have to manually set the...

    Jandy Nicheless LED lights

We just got got these lights installed in our new pool build today. Our pool is 12' feet at the widest and 34' long. I wanted to go with 30w LEDs, but our builder insists that three 20w will be more than enough. We do have light color plaster, so I think it will be OK.

    Pool bench width - 12" or 18"

We ended up extending the pool width by 18" and kept the bench at 18 inches. The PB will change $900 - $1000 more and I think it is worth is. Thank you all for your feedback. Otherwise, I would have gone with 12 inch bench and like all of you said, it would have been uncomfortable for adults...

    Pool bench width - 12" or 18"

I think we are going to make the entire book wider by 16 or 18 inches. I think that will solve the problem ;) I will find out tomorrow AM what it will cost us. I do like the idea of 16" as that would be good for the pool dimensions we have.

    Pool bench width - 12" or 18"

I think it will too. Just wanted a little more width, but perhaps 18" will not make too much of a difference.

    Pool bench width - 12" or 18"

Our pool digging starts tomorrow AM and the crew is outside marking the area of the pool. Looking at the marked area for the pool, it seems like our pool may not be wide enough. I was asking the project manager and he said that we could do 12" wide bench. The bench runs along the length of the...

New Pool Build in Frisco, TX

The PBs I talked to had different views on our leaf problem. One thought that just having the adding the MDX drain to bottom of pool for leaf and Debris Canister will be good enough. It did not make sense to me how that by itself will help.... I think it is a good idea and if it works, great...

New Pool Build in Frisco, TX

We are going with Hauk Custom pools. My sales rep has been great to work with. Over the summer he was a bit backed up, but what I liked about him is that he did not lecture me why I should not get the in-floor system, or the SWG etc. But, the real test will be when we start the construction...

New Pool Build in Frisco, TX

Well, thanks to the booming housing market around Dallas area. However, I think my higher cost is due to the heater and the in-ground cleaning system. That by itself is around $9k or so.
