Well my make shift aerator seems to be working. PH rose to 7.4 so I could add acid to drop TA . TA is dropping and is now near 220. CYA is at 50 and FC is at 4. Pool has turned from green to blue an dis on the way to clear I think. I bought some Borax and liquid chlorine. Now I need more Acid...

Thank you. It was that post that convinced me to join. Well that and I wanted to be able to see pictures and other features. I'm aerating my pool with a make shift sprayer tonight fed from the cleaning booster pump and I got the slide water going. I hope this raises the PH as I don't want it...

Just joined. Been struggling with my pool a bit. This time with TA being way to high. Also getting the run around by the local pool store and costs. Never understood how to lower TA and raise PH by aeration. I'd also like to figure out how to appropriately use Borax. This site looks like...
