OTC, Your SWCG gets its power from the Pump/Filter relay.. This relay only closes when in the pool mode or the spa mode. If you run a Feature Circuit and don't schedule either the pool or the spa, the pump will run at whatever speed you set up for the Feature Circuit and the SWCG will not...

Mc, I don't know much about above ground pools, but basically your pump is gravity fed. Water should just flow out of the pool and into your pump, because your pool water is much higher than the pump. Show us several pics of your set up, and maybe one of the above ground guys can spot...

Go in and un-assign all the circuits you set up as "High Speed".. In theory the high speed relay should then not turn on.. Unless a circuit that is on has been input into one of the 4 possible High Speed circuits. This will test if the board is working. Did you by chance assign "Pool" to one...

L, If you are following the TFP Pool Care Process, you should never have to add Shock Packets on a routine basis.. If you always keep your FC and CYA in the proper relationship, no shock is needed... Thanks, Jim R.

Philip, I tend to never recommend smaller VS pumps (1.5 HP) as I think the larger VS (3 HP) pumps are a better option. If you are used to a single speed pump it is always running at 3450 RPM.. You really do not want to run your new VS pump at close to full speed, you want to run as slow as...

No.. I said it controls the IntelliChlor differently than all the other Pentair automation systems... It appears to me that your VSF pump is "offline", not the cell... :scratch: Some VSF pumps have F/W that has intermittent com issues. Look at your pump and see if the display shows...
