I tied mine in with the pump and panel. Everything is interconnected from the pool build.

I put my initial salt load in a few weeks back and went with Diamond Crystal. I purchased at Costco because they have it in 50# bags instead of 40#. I haven’t seen any adverse effects from it and my salt cell and water test reads exactly what the calculations said it should.

Your black and white wires should go on number 2 and 4 respectively. That left screw will stay empty. Green goes on the middle bottom where the other green wires are connected. There is a lot going on in that box. I just connected my SWG and timer on Wednesday.

One observation. I purchased a RJ 45+. The label on the cell says 45. When going through the menu, my controller identifies it as RJ+ 60.

As of 6pm EDT, I’m producing chlorine from my SWCG. Now it’s time to learn how to operate this thing. Installation wasn’t bad at all. I went ahead and put my VSP on the line side of my timer.

I haven’t heard yet. I went down and checked befor and after I drained. It felt like a bracket of some kind but not sure. I know I felt a sheet metal screw after I drained it. I wasn’t able to be there when he did it and haven’t talked to him since. I’ll post when I find out for sure.

One week later and pool has been emptied, pool guy went under and retrieved the scrap and pool is now full. All is well and the liner looks wonderful! I attached a before and after shot of my liner.

Seal replaced. It was really bad. Pump back together. Won’t start again.

Well, some good news and some bad news. I got the pump running by ways unacceptable by OSHA standards and then had a hard time getting prime. Finally got it to pick up. All is well...except now I have a seal leak. I do have a seal on hand.
