Pool wall buckling????? Installer says it's normal????

We bought the pool from The Great Escape and the manager has been here two nights in a row checking on our pool. That's pretty cool I think. He's going to have the installers come take care of it this week. So, it seems to have worked out. But we'll have to see how they decided to fix it...

Pool wall buckling????? Installer says it's normal????

the water level is dead on. But it does look slightly off in that area. So kudos to the installers for making it level. Hopefully a little dirt removal will take care of the issue. Fingers crossed!

Pool wall buckling????? Installer says it's normal????

Ok, so after talking to the installers and the guy from the pool store, we continued to fill the pool. They guaranteed if anything went wrong they would cover it, the guy from the store even came over last night to look at it. Anyway, the buckling at the top part of the wall is gone, but there...

    Ugh, Intex pool leveling frustration

Ok, so I posted a picture here a week ago showing that my intex ultra frame pool was off about 3 squares, so maybe 2-3 inches, most suggested we take it down and re-level. So we decided to take the pool down and re-level. That ground was level completely! We put the pool back together, then...

We're new pool owners and the members here have been super helpful with questions about chemicals etc. Soooo, I have a new question....our pool has been up for a few weeks now. It was mostly level when we set it up, within 3/4 of an inch. It has settled somewhat, (i'll post pictures). Our...

Wow, everyone is so helpful! Thank you! So far the levels have been steady, but it hasn't gotten too hot yet. - - - Updated - - - I have considered buying the saltwater system, but we're going to see how this summer goes with chemicals. I've researched and it seems that the saltwater...

New Intex pool owner with metal frame and chemical questions...

Thank you everyone. I have to admit the whole thing freaked me out. I was sure I'd wake up and have my basement flooded with pool water. So far so good. I did test the water today and according to the chart on the bottle all the levels are where they should be. I bought a floating chlorine...

New Intex pool owner with metal frame and chemical questions...

We just purchased a new Intex 14 x 48 Ultra frame pool. We are new pools owners so we are clueless. There is SOOOOO much information online, I can't even keep it straight. We've dug and leveled, the pool is up and fairly level about 3/4 of an inch off which seems pretty good for newbies. Not...
