I had already drained my pool; cleaned it and everything. My father told me to add a bag of salt that we had left from last year. The other day iwas clear turned this. Vacuuming doesn’t help; adding algeaside doesn’t help either. My only idea I have is draining it again and scrubbing it down...

We did the river rocks and no problems

For the wind snatching "Willy" I suggest the clip bungee cords to keep Willy from being free = attach one end of the clip bungee cords to Willy & the other end to the deck rail or the step pole. I do this every time I get out of my pool. after chasing my floating cooler & my big ole float!
