Just an update to this. I let the pump run at full speed for almost 24 hours and it has cleared the cloudy water. I will post the test results soon, but I am hoping that everything should be normal and good now. The pool looks beautiful and all the white & grey spots are gone.

I have tried the No Drain Acid Wash successfully. The PH was way below 6 and TA was 0. Only then it works. It has to become a acid pool. I pumped 16 gallons acid in 26,000 gal pool.
