So sorry to hear about this. We looked at them due to a recommended from a friend and we almost went with them. I agree these have to be supervised or they can really go bad.

So the PB came out and got the pool started up. We still have some work to do, fire pit, sprinkler, and Sod. but the kids are happy they can go ahead and swim!

It's mine as well, but the wife came home yesterday and said I thought it would be more blue. I believe once the water is in, it will be ok with her.

yea, so we passes our final city inspection yesterday and we should be plastering tomorrow.

So they came yesterday and poured the deck. They are telling me that they are planning on plastering the pool on Monday. That seem a bit aggressive to me but I am not complaining.

Made some progress this week, all the rock is done as well as the neck roll for the spa. Deck work is going to start on Monday!

Well, it going a little slower, but making progress. They have the waterline tile done and working on all the rock. Also the Electrical is done.

I also got my tf-100 test kit over the weekend, can't wait for the first pool test.

We made a lot of good progress this week, they did the Gunite and even started the waterline tile. Next week is the gas lines and the electrician will be out as well as adding all the rock.

Well, they just finished up with the steel. City inspection tomorrow and hopefully Gunite on Thursday.

Thanks for the replies. I did go back and look at my contract and it doesn't' state which Intellieclor they are going to use. I talked to the PB about this and he has never used a 60 before, but will find out how much of an upgrade it will be. also, the plumbing is done and they are just...

They came out and did the plumbing today and installed the equipment. Pictures to come, but I am concerned that they installed an ic 40 swcg instead of the ic60. This is a 35000 gal pool, so would the ic40 be ok? Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

My pb said the same thing. He did say if we ever drain the pool to make sure we pull a plug out of the main drain Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

I have the same problem, My PB says they run into this sometimes and it shouldn't be a big deal. They just have to pump it out each morning before they begin work. Let us know what your PB says and we can compare notes :) Greg

So we got the permit and city inspection done yesterday and just got a call from the PB that they will start digging on Thursday or Friday.
