Great question……there is a ton of ants all in the cabinet, wonder if they could have done anything to it? Next is to evacuate the ants and replace one of my pool lights so the fun just begins!

Ok checked each one per your diagram getting 3.8, 3.9, 3.8, and 4.0. Hoping to get transformer installed tomorrow.

Between being away for Mother’s Day and now all the rain have not had a chance to do the last test you mentioned. Transformer arrived today. Hoping for a dry day either Saturday or Sunday to be able to do the test as well as install the new transformer. Will keep you posted on results.

Hopefully I am testing it right - placing my probes on the metal where it touches the board since they are soldered on.

@ogdento was able to test the BR1 rectifier chip and got 370 on the top pins but when I flipped the leads around just OL on screen. Bottom pins no matter which way I had the leads just OL on screen.

@ogdento ok tested for Ohms on all three relays disconnecting each from the board before testing. Aux 1 - 303 ohm, Aux 2 - 301 ohm, and Aux 3 - 306 ohm. What’s next?

@ogdento rechecked the relays with one on at a time with my meter they red the same as before. Tested the two orange wires for the transformer per your directions and they read 2.91 volts. See picture. Double checked that I was testing corrected by doing the other colored wire pairs and both...

Ok I will try your transformer test steps below when I get home. Question about Valves A and B test you mention above: I already have two valves that automate the operation of spa and spillway. Will this affect those valves doing reprogramming?

When I tested I turned on all three aux buttons. I just retested using the top two terminals of each relay instead of ground bar and got 1.4mv on first two relays and 2mv on 3rd relays. They were all on though. Reading this after I tested and between client meetings. Will test again later...

Just tested top screws of each relay with aux switch on for each. Got 1.4 volts each top screw. Had black probe of my meter on ground bar and red probe on each top screw one by one.

Here are the driver chips. Pretty sure I orientated them correctly as notches are to right and looked at the old ones before I pulled them. Will have to check if 24v on top screws tomorrow it was getting too dark.

Heater, I am assuming, is connected to the second set of Line and load screws on the third relay hence why it is also not functioning.

Thanks @Jimrahbe for the detailed step by step guide I appreciate it. Checked voltages of all three relays all have 120v at the line side. Flipped all three on one by one and tested the load side all of which have no voltage showing (0.11 or so). Aux 1 is pool lights Aux 2 is spa lights Aux 3...

@Jimrahbe yes I have a voltmeter would just need a little guidance on where and what o am testing. Trying to post a pic of the LCD front panel but having issue that the file is too big working on figuring that out. LCD reads Auto and Pool no error messages and is running the program as normal.

@bradgray the Pump is direct wired not on a relay. Pump is VS. Pump working fine and booster pump for spa jets working fine too. I can get pictures after work today of the rear of the board / wiring for sure. I do have a voltmeter would just need some guidance on where I am testing...
