    Thank you! I thought we had passed the pollen stage here in MS. We had that awful yellow pollen about a month ago. I’ve been reading about dead algae and wanted to be sure. Thanks again for the advice.

    This is our first pool. Is this just environmental debris floating at the top of our pool? We put skimmer socks over the skimmer baskets and they have been coming out with a nasty light brown gunk. What can we do to get rid of it??
