Scuba X1 has been able to handle my safety ledge pretty well. It gets past it and cleans up through water line. However, so far it hasn't been able to clean the full pool perimeter in "Smart Mode" (Walls, Waterline, and Floor).

I'm kind of curious if the "mapping" equipped robots might improve over time as they "learn" your pool. Maybe you'll have better luck with the BeatBox over time? At any rate, if you do decide to go to the S1, be sure to get the 2025 version, it has been upgraded to the ultra-fine filter.
